Focus on making healthy food and beverage choices from all five food groups including fruits, vegetables as they provide maximum antioxidants and fiber; Grains as complex fiber for energy purpose, Protein foods for muscle building, and Dairy for bone development to get the nutrients you need.

Choose foods and beverages with less saturated fat, sodium, and added sugars.
